As a tutor, my goal is to help students get ahead BEFORE they fall behind!

Personalized in-person and online tutoring led by a degreed, certified elementary teacher. I support parents and guardians who want their child to learn with clarity, confidence, and care.

Core Focus

Foundational support for early learners.

I provide focused help in literacy, math, science, and social studies so young learners build strong skills, confidence, and readiness.

English Language Arts

I help students in VPK through 3rd grade build strong writing, vocabulary, and communication skills. Each session reinforces essential concepts and builds confidence.

Reading

Reading support strengthens fluency and comprehension through age-appropriate activities. Students learn to understand what they read and develop a love of learning and stronger confidence.

Mathematics

Math instruction is personalized to each child's needs, with clear explanations and steady practice. Students gain the confidence to approach new problems independently.

Science

Science sessions encourage curiosity and help children understand the world around them. Engaging activities reinforce classroom learning and build lasting confidence.

Social Studies

Social studies tutoring helps students understand communities and the world while strengthening thinking skills. Sessions support learning and next grade level preparation.

Why I Teach

My career in education began in 2008, after earning a degree in Elementary Education (K-6) with an ESOL Endorsement from St. Petersburg College. Since then, I have taught preschool and elementary students in classrooms in the United States and abroad, helping hundreds of children advance to the next grade level.


Those years showed me that early support changes a child's entire school experience. Tutoring by Jennifer was created to give Palm Harbor families a way to act early, so that students get ahead before they fall behind.
